Dordogne holiday cottage near Verteillac and Brantome for self catering holidays with private pool. Holiday home near Verteillac/Brantome in the Northern Dordogne.This beautiful stone barn conversion with extensive grounds and large (fenced) private pool, set against a backdrop of woods and rolling fields, has been carefully restored to retain its rural charm. Nearby are picturesque medieval villages, a good selection of restaurants and shops, plus sporting facilities such as canoeing, horse-riding, tennis, golf and fishing. This lovely area is also a haven for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. The accommodation which is on one level, and sleeps eight, offers a large well-equipped kitchen ( 7m x 5m ), incorporating dining area and a sitting area with satellite TV, this room opens out onto a terraced area and fenced side garden, with BBQ etc. The lounge (7m x 4.5m) looks out onto the pool area and the fields beyond. In the lounge there is also satellite t.v. and d.v.d. facilities. A log fire and soft furnishings etc. There are four bedrooms one of which is an enormous 6m x 6m with lots of old stone features.There are two bathrooms.

Cot and babysitting available. Bed linen provided ( please bring your own towels and tea towels ). House includes halogen hob, gas oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, hair dryers, iron and kettle.

Our mid season prices are marked at £295 per week. This is for 2 people for the week. Any other people are charged at £50 per person per week extra, up to a maximum of 8 people - many thanks.
