Brittany Breton farmhouse 3 bedroom holiday home/gite Cotes d'Amour . Our farmhouse is a 3 bedroom self catering holiday home/gite in large private grounds making an ideal holiday home/gite , 30 minutes from the coast of Saint Brieuc , with it`s beautiful beaches.

Traditional Breton farmhouse , open plan kitchen, dining,lounge with a wood burner.Small second lounge with a bed settee which can be used as a fourth bedroom or study. Through into the rear hall to the ground floor shower room, utility room with a washing machine. Separate toilet. The farmhouse has been re decorated throughout and comfortably furnished to a high standard. satellite TV ( English) music center, etc. The farmhouse is set in large private grounds, to the front is a large south facing courtyard with plenty of room for parking. There is a flower bedecked enclosed area to the front which has a large patio dining set and a gas barbecue, to the left is a raised lawn area with seating under the large pine tree (Pina`bre) which gives shade on those hot summer days. Through in to the childrens play area where there are swings, slide & trampoline etc. Walk through the Fir trees into the large mowed field which is ideal for football, cricket or a evening stroll. We have two barnes attached to the farm so there is plenty of room to store your bikes etc. The surrounding area is ideal for walking and cycling along picturesque country lanes and tracks.

The village of Plouguenast is a ten minute walk, which has all amenites, supermarket, retauraunts etc, canoe and cycle hire
