Chez Texier is situated in the hill top village of Lusignac and it was once owned by the family who also owned the Château their name was Texier.

The property was originally part of a large farmhouse, it has been renovated and extended to create an extremely comfortable four bedroom home. It is beautifully furnished and equipped throughout, and retains some original features, including some exposed, low beams.

At the front of the property there is a terrace, leading to a grass courtyard. French windows from the lower ground floor open onto a sunny lawned garden area. Through a small gate from the courtyard is the large shared swimming pool from which there are spectacular panoramic views of the valley.
