In a beautiful setting ,swing, sandpit, paddling pool, and a swimming pool with automatic filtering system (6m diameter x 1m ) childrens toys, all baby material ( cot, safety gates for stairs ) terrace, barbeque, all garden furniture, table, chairs,deck chairs, bread oven, easy walks to restaurant.

Dordogne lakes with sandy beaches 5 miles away. Souillac is 7 minutes away,cinema, jazz festival, supermarkets, old town of Sarlat 25 minutes away.

Entrance, large kitchen, dining room, sitting room with fireplace, one large L shaped bedroom ( double bed and one single) landing / study bedroom with T.V. shower , W.C. a second large bedroom with 2/3 single beds.

Excellent walking , mountain biking, valley biking as well, licenced fishing on site.
