The original farmhouse ( approx 200 years old ) renovated to a high standard with exposed beams, stonework. It has a sitting room with large open fireplace and wood burning stove, a dining room and a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc.

A staircase to first floor with bathroom/shower wc and 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin and one bedroom with 3/4 single beds.

Sitting areas both front and rear with plenty of tables and chairs and a barbecue.

The 6m x 12m shared pool is fully fenced with again plenty of tables and chairs,sunloungers and sun umbrellas and a gazebo on the adjoining paved and lawned area.

Another acre of lawns give plenty of room to run around, play cricket, football, rounders etc.also a table tennis table and a slide & swing etc for the smaller children.

All bedroom linen is provided ( except for cot ) along with towels for house use ( not pool ) and is inclusive in the following charges per week.

We are only 18 miles from Brantome which is great for canoeing. We hire out bicycles and horse riding is available 2 miles away - a good way to explore the many tracks.and pathways through this beautiful heavily wooded area of France.
