The house is unusual and pleasantly distinctive with 3 double bedrooms. Two are on the ground floor and one is in the round tower (the only room above ground floor level). There is also a television in the house that receives French channels and a video.

Set on a large plot with beautiful, well-planted gardens featuring a large pond, pool and a patio area. Garden and pool maintenance are carried out by local people each week and cleaning is also available at an extra charge.

The heated pool (12m x 6m) has its own area and there is also a smaller round pool for younger children. Other sporting facilities at the house include a full size table tennis table and plenty of room for badminton.

We think you'll agree that the house is in an idyillc setting and offers superb accomodation in a beautiful, unspoilt part of the Dordogne.

We are sure that you will find your time here enjoyable and relaxing. The climate is excellent, the air fresh, the countryside beautiful and spacious with plenty of interesting places to see.

Our house is an ideal place to relax, yet is within easy distance of a good variety of shops. The small market town of Montpon-Menesterol is only 4 kilometres away.
