The limestone former farm buildings edge the quadrangle to the front of the 18th Century manor and have been carefully converted to form comfortable living accommodation. Many beams have been retained to preserve the character of the properties. The cottage is entirely self contained with sun terrace, BBQ and garden furniture, and enjoys lovely views across both the pool and lake to the woods.Outside lighting makes it very pleasant for evening BBQ's. There is ample parking.

The heated,fenced swimming pool is adjacent to the cottages and measures 11x5.6 meters, with a shallow end of 1.2 meters going to 1.6 meters and has a salt water filtration system.

For the children, we have fishing in the lake and walks in woods and meadows which extend to 65 acres. There are also 2 practice golf holes.

Downstairs: bright, comfortable living room with kitchen and dining area fully equipped for 4 people. Pretty shower room with large shower cubicle, vanity unit, basin and toilet.

Upstairs: Twin bedrooms, one having a double bed, the other twin beds. Ample hanging and drawer space.There is use of a washing machine in a communal utility area.
