This spacious well appointed traditional stone built town house is situated in the agricultural town of Riberac. The two acre private garden with stunning terrace overlooks the valley and hillside, and has beautiful views, and sunsets. This wonderful house has four floors, with large cellar and wine cellar. There are six large bedrooms sleeping 14 visitors, a lounge 11 metres in length, large dining room and large fully equipped kitchen both with French windows leading onto the wooden terrace. in fact there are three sets of French windows leading onto terrace and traditional French side garden from the dining and kitchen areas.There is access to the traditional French flower garden to the side, with garden swing. On the lower floor there is a reception room and large utility room with two washing machines and dryer. The house has full central heating.

Spacious newly renovated elegant town house situated in a friendly typical Dordogne Market town, sleeping 14. Within walking distance to cafes, bars and good restaurants serving excellent French cuisine. Also within walking distance to market (largest in the Dordogne), shops, bakers, post office, banks, estate agents, cinema, tennis courts, parks and canoeing on the river Dronne.

The garden to the rear of the property is like being in the countryside, and is bounded by a small river, a pond with a fresh spring brings a wide variety of wildlife into the garden, including woodpeckers, jays, and king fishers. There are also a great variety of smaller birds. Pine martins live in the wood that borders the land and the pond is teaming with pond life. The garden contains fruit trees such as, cherry, pear, apple, peach, apricot and fig, also a large walnut tree. There are children’s swings and there is a badminton/volley ball net in the garden. On the huge wooden terrace there are a variety of tables and chairs and a full size ping pong table. To the side of the house there is a lane with access to off road parking for several cars.

Conveniently situated in the town, the visitor can enjoy all the facilities, such as many excellent restaurants serving French cuisine, large famous Friday market, post office, art galleries, tourist office, banks and shops, tennis courts, swimming pool and cinema, there are also two large supermarkets and six bakers
