Converted 15th Century Stables with three ensuite bedrooms. Use of shared 50 sq metre Swimming Pool, Situated on the edge of village with Bar/ Restaurant, Bakery & Post Office. Ideally placed for trips to all areas of South West France. Fishing, Golf, Horse Riding & Canoeing all within easy reach. Excellent facilities including Childrens play area, Football Field, free use of Mountain Bikes ( subject to availability ) Table Tennis, Pool Table, Badminton and Boules etc plus 12 acres of Fields with Donkey's & Goats to visit & feed. Bedding & Towels are provided free of charge, as is Baby equipment ( travel cot, High chair, etc ).

Dordogne Cottage with Shared Pool in country village near Verteillac and Riberac The cottage was the old stables and Hay loft for the 15th Century Pilgrims House, which has been carefully restored and converted into a 3 ensuite bedroomed holiday cottage, with Kitchen Diner, separate lounge & utility room. your own Herb Garden for all you ''Master Chefs'' and Fresh Farm Eggs are available Daily. Ideal for Family Holidays.

At the front of the Property is the village square, the Bakery is on the other side of the square and is open Tuesday to Sunday inclusive 0600-1200 & 1400-1800. The Bar restaurant is also on the other side of the square, the food is of the highest standard and a four course ''plat du jour'' inc wine is around 11 euros a head, a must visit !

At the rear the stunning open countryside of the Dordogne. It makes an ideal base for touring South West France, the Dordogne Valley, Limosin and Charente Regions, the fantastic beaches of Royan on the West Coast are not that far away.

Surrounded by beautiful and historic towns and villages, there is certainly plenty to see and do. Or you could just relax by the Pool or in the Gardens.

The Cottage is in the grounds of the Owners home '' Le Nouvelle Ferme '' and in the 12 acres of fields to the rear of the property are numerous animals, Donkeys, Goats Chickens etc, for both Children and Adults to see and get involved with at feeding time.

Local Markets and events held in nearby villages and towns means there is always something very French to see or get involved with. An abundance of fantastic Restaurants to suit all tastes, are easily found in the local area.

All Bedding and Towels are supplied and we have Travel Cot, High Chair and other essential Baby Equipment on site for use if required, so you can pack light and not worry about bringing everything including the kitchen sink !

English Freeview satellite TV is available so you can catch up on News & Sport or keep the Kids quiet whilst preparing Diner. Also a large selection of DVD's and Video's are available to rent for 2 euros per night.

In the grounds you will find a Childrens Play Area, The Swimming Pool Area and a Large Football Field, for Sports / Kite flying etc.

Fishing Trips can be arranged at a Private Lake 20mins Drive from your accomodation, Half day, Full Day or 2 Days with overnight Camping. All Equipment supplied, Prices available on Request.

Airports within easy reach are Bergerac ( 1 hour ), Bordeaux or Limoges ( 2 hour ) Nantes ( 3 hours ) or via ferry to St Malo, Cherbourg & Caen about 5 hours drive. Ryanair is starting new routes to other regional airports in france, check out their website for information.
