Barn Close

The old barn known as Barn Close was converted to a very high standard last winter and now offers luxury accommodation all year round.

The lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen has two sets of patio doors leading out to the covered terrace with chairs and table for alfresco dining. You may also get the opportunity to see deer in addition to views of the nearby lake.

The downstairs has beautiful chestnut flooring throughout, and all doors are wheelchair friendly.

The master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed. Two picture windows look out onto the garden and surrounding countryside

There is an additional single bedroom downstairs ideal for children with one bed and a fold up bed if necessary.

The spacious wheelchair friendly downstairs wet room is ideal for the less active.

The spiral staircase leads up to another magnificent beamed bedroom with twin beds. With its own separate shower and toilet.

The barn has gas central heating

The obligatory BBQ for those summer evenings has not been forgotten.

Barn Close is reached through its own separate entrance with private car parking facilities. The front door leads into a spacious room, which is ideal for keeping holiday accessories. With separate shared utility room facilities

Bed linen, bath and swimming towels are provided for no extra cost. Also included an essential welcome pack including the obligatory bottle of wine.

The shared above ground pool is a fabulous way to while away those balmy days but for the more energetic we have garden badminton, bikes for exploring the surrounding area and plenty of forest walks.
