The pool house, IN THE LOIRE VALLEY - This large detached bungalow is set in 6 acres, it has quiet road leading to the property then down a more private road you will find La Genvrie- a quiet road situated away from the village of Jarze in perfect countryside - Jarze has a post office, bar, two Patisseries a small shop for goodies you have forgotten on your supermarket shop! And a doctor, the property has glorious views of unspoilt countryside and because the property is quite high up you have a slight breeze to cool you when you are sunbathing around the pool, ideal for bird watching and there is plenty of wildlife to see and explore if you wish – or if you just want a relaxing peace and quite holiday then this is for you.

The closest town is Angers approx 20km and Saumur 30km, with plenty of other places to visit, good restaurants, chateaus and lakes, especially a good golf course at Bauge, horse riding, wine tasting and of course the Loire river for fishing.

The house is tastefully furnished and sleeps up to six people and has electric heating, it comprises of two double bedrooms - two with double beds, and one with twin beds. There is a lounge / Dining Kitchen. We have a bathroom with shower cubicle, corner kitchen/lounge small fenced off front garden safe for children but of course you have use of the rest of the land. You also have a barbecue here and patio table and chairs.

There is lots of safe grassed area for children to play, and a patio area around the 10 x 20 m swimming pool with sun lounger’s the swimming pool is heated; it also has a hot tub and Jacuzzi. Not your normal swimming pool - Solar shower, table tennis table, badminton net, swings etc.

The proprietor’s house is also on the land (approximately 100 metres away) if there are any requests we will do our utmost for you to enjoy your holiday. This will not interfere with your use of swimming pool of course.

On your holiday we charge an additional charge for cleaning at the end of your holiday, if you wish you can have one either daily or once a week you choose.

As this property has full electric heating it is idea for winter lets as well. We will also do long term lets for people who wish to explore the area and maybe buy a house like we did.
