This detached seven bedroom farmhouse is set in 6 acres which can be rented as one property or split into two by dividing door: thus providing one four bedroom house and a three bedroom apartment, it is near a quiet road situated away from the village of Jarze in perfect countryside - Jarze has a post office, bar, two Patisseries a small shop for goodies you have forgotten on your supermarket shop and a doctor.The property has glorious views of unspoilt countryside and because the property is quite high up you have a slight breeze to cool you when you are sunbathing around the pool, ideal for bird watching and there is plenty of wildlife to see.

The house is ten minutes from the A11 junction 10, approx 3 hours from Caen and 3-½ hrs from Le Havre.

The house is tastefully furnished and can sleeps 17 people and has gas central heating and log fire, it comprises of seven double bedrooms - five with double beds one has a single bed in and there is three double bedrooms with twinbdes in and two single beds on the landing; it has three bathrooms, all with shower cubicles one with bath, and two fully fitted kitchens, Huge lounge and a dining room, also another lounge area which has the kitchen in the corner.

Leading from the kitchen you also have a large covered terraced area where you can sit and watch the children in the swimming pool - you can enjoy all this having your barbecues and use the patio table and chairs. Idea if there is a shower to sit under and drink wine and let the sun go down, or just to sit out of the sun.

The closest town is Angers approx 20km and Saumur 30km, with plenty of other places to visit, good restaurants, chateaus and lakes, especially a good golf course at Bauge, horse riding, wine tasting and of course the Loire river for fishing.

There is lots of safe grassed area for children to play, and a patio area around the 17` x 37` swimming pool with sun lounger’s.

On your holiday we can provide if you wish at additional cost a cleaner on an hourly rate, either daily or once a week you choose.

As this property has full central heating it is idea for winter lets as well.

We will also do long term lets for people who wish to explore the area and maybe buy a house like we did.

The proprietor’s house is approx 20 minutes away if there are any requests we will do our utmost for you to enjoy your holiday.
