2/3 Bedrooms, both en-suite. Upstairs, large vaulted open plan living/dining room with TV, stereo, well equipped kitchen, views across garden to the south. Electric heating.

5 Bedrooms: all en-suite. Large sitting room with huge fireplace and beamed ceiling. TV, video and stereo. Two staircases vaulted dining room with views of garden to the south and the Cheran valley to the north. 2nd sitting room and 2 kitchens, both well equipped with dishwashers, microwaves, washing machine etc. Comfortably furnished and decorated with original paintings throughout. Log burner and electric heating.

Pool (11m by 5.5m) with sunny terrace and sunloungers, fully fenced for children's safety. Night lighting. BBQ.

Catering service; the owner is a qualified chef and will happily prepare a meal for your arrival or during your stay. Painting tuition by prior arrangement.
