Normandy 4 Bedroomed Farmhouse near Saint Lo. Jennie is a large seventeenth century barn which has been converted to provide a most attractive accommodation with beamed ceilings in all rooms and some exposed stonework.

Outside, the gîte has its own private entrance and ample parking space. There is a large patio with BBQ, table and chairs and the spacious garden has swings and plenty of space for outdoor games, boules, badminton, etc. Our indoor games room has equipment for table tennis, darts, table football and basket ball.

The nearest villageof St-Clair-sur-Elle provides all the daily needs,  2 boulangeries, a charcuterie, supermarket, post office, chemist and doctor’s surgery, bar and restaurant. St-Lô is only 6 miles away, with a full range of shops, supermarkets, some excellent restaurants and a Saturday market. Jennie is within half an hour’s drive of the Normandy landing beaches and the beautiful historic city of Bayeux. Le Mont Saint-Michel, la Suisse Normande and cliff walks in the Cotentin Peninsula are all within easy reach. For the sports minded, there is tennis, cycling, golf, horse riding and kayaking nearby. The area is renowned for its sea and river fishing. There are also activity parks, zoological gardens, many châteaux and historical sites close by. The forest of Cerisy is only 10 minutes away. As a break from driving, there are regular train services from Lison (5 minutes away) to Cherbourg, Bayeux, Paris and Rouen.

All linen is provided and prices include electricity except from October to April. Cot and high chair available. Pets accepted by prior arrangement.

The owners are bilingual and at hand to help visitors make the most of their visit to Normandy.
