The village is situated on the plain between the Massif Central and the Pyrenees in beautiful wine growing region of Languedoc. 25 minutes by car to the nearest Mediterranean beaches. A typically French working village quite unspoilt by tourism, which has a selection of bars and restaurants, all within walking distance of our house. There is a market twice a week. Capestang makes an ideal base for exploring the local area, which is rich in History. Friendly locals make staying here a pleasure and an ideal place to wind down.

Compact kitchen, equipped with gas cooker, microwave and fridge - freezer. ' L ' shaped sitting room / dining area. Sitting room is equipped with Satelite T.V.(BBC and various English Language Radio Stations,) Video and CD Stereo. Utility room contains washing machine and butler sink. Small garage.

150 meters from village centre and close to local amenities. Village on D11, 13 kms west of Beziers, 18 kms north of Narbonne and 12kms from the junction of ' Beziers East ' off the A9.
