Our holiday apartment is situtated in a traditional french vineyard and Château property surrounded by vineyards, woodland and fields but near to Mediterranean beaches. Calm and peaceful with a wonderful private terrace overlooking the vineyards. Inside it is spacious, colourful and with all mod cons. The grounds are extensive and there is a beautiful swimming pool.

Our guests love the decor, mediterranean colours, spaciousness and quiet of this “wonderfully private” apartment overlooking the vineyards. French windows in the sitting room and bedrooms lead onto a delightful open-air terrace where you can relax and enjoy the morning sun filtering through the pine trees. Calm and peaceful with an abundance of Mediterranean charm, the property is surrounded by 150 hectares of private woodlands, fields and vines and also within easy reach of sandy beaches and the sea. The ideal location for the perfect holiday!

The loft also has a log fire and gas central heating, so for those who want to take time to explore Languedoc – this is the place to be ! The terrace has teak flooring and chic garden furniture plus barbecue – a “ must ” for dining al-fresco. The floors are original terracotta Languedocian tiles and in the bathroom there’s a unique old-fashioned bath and modern shower while the kitchen has been specifically designed for all cooks and chefs to have fun. On a central island there’s a gas cooker (4 rings) and oven, plus dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, deep freeze, and washing machine.

At Baronnie de Bourgade the grounds are extensive and all your’s to enjoy . Take a dip or sunbathe by the swimming pool serenaded by cicadas. The pool is enclosed and surrounded by pretty colourful borders of Mediterranean plants and flowers plus a lawn. Sun beds and parasols are provided.
