Perfectly situated close to the beach, in the heart of the market village of St Aygulf, but set in a tranquil area for a perfect holiday. Stroll up to the boulangerie 30 seconds away or your breakfast croissants, or to the poulet-roti shop next door for a delicious ready-cooked lunch. Plenty of restaurants within a short distance. Or stay at home and cook on the built in barbecue.

A small tradional house with shutters, sleeping 6 in 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, with a terrace under a covered pergola leading off the lounge/kitchen. Reached down a few steps, and completely walled and gated, so safe for small children. This house has everything for a perfect holiday, set in a tranquil garden area, but close to all facilities.

St Aygulf is market village, extending to lovely beaches, a pretty port, and a huge variety of holiday facilities in the summer. The main beach at St Aygulf is reputed to have the finest sand on the whole of the Cote d’Azur, and has lots of sports and activities. There are 3 supermarkets nearby, as well as a full range of shops, bars and restaurant. The market is held twice weekly and is always very popular. In the afternoons watch the locals play petanque on the market square.For your convenience, there is a dishwasher, a washing machine, television and cd-radio player, as well as a very well equipped kitchen area with fridge-freezer, gas hob and microwave. The lounge/diner/sitting room has a dining table and leather 3 piece suite.

There is a double bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2 bunk-beds in a cabine, and an en-suite shower room with toilet.

Outside the terrace has sun loungers and dining table, and alongside is a brick built barbecue and drying area. Just across the road is plentiful parking.

There is an attached, independent studio sleeping 2/3 which can be rented with the villa. ( see below Property reference 8347).

Prices include electricity, gas, bedlinen and cleaning.

Nearby are the lovely market village of St Aygulf, with glamourous St Tropez, St Raphael and Ste Maxime within easy driving distance, and the ancient roman town of Frejus situated conveniently. There are water parks at Ste Maxime and Frejus, along with plentiful activities and outings in the vicinity.
