South of France Provence luxury Country House with private pool near Cairanne .

Mas Saint-Paul country house enjoys complete privacy with its own garden and swimming pool. It is situated on 2 acres of land, fully fenced, and planted out with  young olive trees. There is en-suite a sunny terrace, with garden furniture perfect for breakfast time in the early sun, or to while away an evening over a bottle of wine chosen earlier in the day. There is also a large (10x5 m) private swimming pool for the exclusive use of the holiday home situated in an enclosed private area surrounded by olives trees.
For the wine enthusiasts, La Genestière and Mas Saint-Paul are less than 10 miles away from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Cairanne, Beaumes-de-Venise, Rasteau. We will be able to provide you with addresses and recommendations.

The surrounding countryside and small villages are a gourmet’s paradise. Orange, Vaison-la-Romaine and the nearby St Cecile-les-Vignes, have Provencal markets appreciated by the locals (tourists are welcome of course!), Carpentras and Richerenche are famous for black truffles, Beaumes-de-Venise and Nyons for top quality olive oil. We make our own olive oil from our estate La Genestière one mile away.

Orange has retained one of the only 2 original Roman amphitheatre walls left in Europe. It is used in July and August for Operas and Ballets held within the Roman-made open space. Vaison has an extensive excavated Roman town that is well worth a visit. It is the home of many Choirs representations.

All at a less-than-20-minutes drive from Mas Saint-Paul.
