Luxury 2 bedroomed coach-house with beautiful location and truly exceptional views, close to market town of Ste.Foy-la-Grande. Own small garden, use of large pool and grounds of Château (occasional use by owner).

Open plan ground floor, salon with open fire, steps to dining area plus small kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar. Large bathroom with bath and shower.

Spiral staircase to two bedrooms, both with twin beds, one in double bed mode.

Entertainment: Small TV, small radio/CD player.

No central heating, washing machine, drier in garden, all linen and towels provided.

The Setting: A converted chai set in a glorious setting on a promontory overlooking the River Dordogne. Just a few minutes drive away from the market town of Ste.Foy la Grande offering many restaurants and shopping. Tennis, riding, golf, canoeing, fishing, boat and bicycle rentals are all nearby.

The House Elegantly furnished, large glass doors take you into the salon, flooded with natural light. It has a raised fire-place with open chimney., chairs, sideboard, side tables. Up some steps to the dining area, with table and ckhairs. On the right is a breakfast bar, behind which is the galley kitchen, with small cooker, fridge and dishwasher. On the left is the large bathroom which also has a shower.

A spiral staircase takes you to the first floor where there are two attractive bedrooms. One has twin beds, the other has twin beds together as a double bed. There is separate access from the upstairs to the outside.

Outside: Immaculate and well established gardens and, from part of the garden, a stunning view over the Dordogne. The pool is 12m x 6 m and very private - the owner (a widow) uses the pool occasionally.
