'Cubertou' stands in 25 acres of tranquil meadows and woodland.

A large barn opens onto one side of the central courtyard and provides shade for daytime activities, and a candle-lit dining area. The country kitchen is architect-designed to make catering a joy.

Accommodation is in three buildings on three sides of the courtyard : the rates quoted here are for the main house ONLY which is heated in low season and which sleeps 8.

There are additional bedrooms (and showers and WCs) in the the long barn, the tower and the square barn and you can add these on to sleep up to 23. Whatever you decide you will have the whole place to yourselves.

The Main house : kitchen, ' salon ', double bedroom with folding child's bed , three twin rooms , one with hand-basin and French windows to the meadow, 1 WC, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom. Sleeps 8. The rates shown on this page are for the main house ONLY, but you also have full access to the huge opensided barn for meals etc. opposite the house, and the smaller pingpong barn to one side.

If you need more beds, you can add on for a modest additional rent -

The long barn & tower : three twin rooms and two singles - all with hand basins; two single ' gallery ' rooms inthe tower - a particular favourite with youngsters, but with steep steps not suitable for smaller children, 2 WCs, 2 shower rooms. Sleeps 10.

The square barn : a large room with one double and two single beds, single bedroom with hand basin and private terrace, 2 WC's, shower, hand basin cubicle. Sleeps 3/5
