This traditional Charentaise farmhouse has been renovated to a high standard and offers light , spacious accommodation which can be used for either, one large group or two smaller ones, as each side of the house has a separate lounge,kitchen and W.C. The pool (10m x 5m) is for the exclusive use of the holidaymakers.

La Blanchie is set in its own 10 acres of pasture land, surrounded by rolling landscape of fields and small woods.

The nearest town of Romazieres (5km) , is ideal for the daily shopping with 2 supermarkets, several bakers, butchers, chemists, banks, restaurants, etc. plus a Post Office and a railway station, a small lake with a children's pool.There are two lacs for swimming with man made beaches and other activities. There is also a velor railway which provides great scenic views.

We are situated half way between Angouleme and Limoges ( 45km ), 75 min drive from Poitiers ( Futuroscope ) and Cognac, 2 hours drive from Bordeaux and La Rochelle.
