This cottage comes with our other property (La Sauzade). In no circumstances will the cottage be occupied by a different group to the principal house but we are very happy to let the cottage on its own for those who do not require accommodation for 18.
In that case you will have the run of the 5 acres of grounds and private swimming pool. (I am hoping that it will be heated in time for the spring.)
The house is within walking distance of Aubeterre and a short drive from Riberac, the Dordogne, Bordeaux, St Emillion etc.
The cottage accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms comfortably.
