You have direct access to a large garden with deck chairs that you can put under a hundred-year old lime tree or you can sunbathe or read or play games in this peaceful place.

There are lovely walks in the surroundings, amenities nearby (shops, restaurants….)

The nearest beach is only 35 minutes away. There are a lot of places of interest locally including the town of Cognac ,les Antilles de Jonzac ( which is an amazing water complex) or Saintes 20 minutes’s drive, Bordeaux or La Rochelle (1.30 hour’s drive)…
Sports activities nearby : swimming, tennis, golf, horse-riding.
