Set in the peaceful hamlet of Peuillet a short walk from the village of Burie this newly renovated property provides the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Quiet but not isolated.

No stairs or steps, all on one level with off road parking for one car.

Large bright rooms, modern shower room fully tiled with vanity unit shower and wc.

Kitchen with full sized cooker and fridge, kettle,coffee maker,toaster, microwave,iron and ironing board, equiped with everything you will need during your stay.

Laundry service available at small charge.

Double bedroom (all bed linen and towels provided) with ample hanging and storage space.

Lounge has comfortable settee(converts to double bed) aimchair, Cd player tv/dvd provided. Lots of info on things to do in the area.

Large garden, mostly grass and mature trees, with seating for al fresco dining and barbecue.

Watch the red squirrels when they visit the garden in the mornings. Marvel at the flying displays of the buzzards and kestrals as they hunt for mice amongst the vines,and if you are lucky catch a glimpse of deer and foxes.
