Holiday Home on the Vendee Coast. Les Bulots, situated in Les Conches, is a modern, bright spacious villa close to a long sandy beach sheltered by pine forest. It offers the pleasures of both countryside and coast with all amenities close by.

The Vendee, previously a well kept secret as a holiday destination among Parisiens, is now being discovered by more discerning holidaymakers.The departement is easily accessible by land, air and sea. It benefits from an excellent road system and has a wonderful micro-climate, with over 2200 hours of sunshine a year making the Vendee one of the sunniest regions of France. There are numerous activities to be enjoyed in the countryside and on the coast.

LES BULOTS is situated 700 metres from the beach of Les Conches. It is a modern, bright, spacious home furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is a pretty, well-designed enclosed and sheltered garden offering areas for children to play safely and a large terrace on which to relax.

Les Bulots offers accommodation for up to six people.

• duvets and pillows are provided by the owners along with teatowels, kithen and hand towels. Guests supply their own personal bed linen and towels. If requested linen hire can be arranged.

Garden - 'a quiet haven to come home to after a wonderful day on the beach'

We have given much thought to the garden to provide a relaxing and safe environment for our guests. Private, safe and enclosed it is delightfully well-planted and with colourful hanging baskets and a herb garden for your use. Eating outside is one of the pleasures of being on holiday and with that in mind we have provided a gas barbeque and a large terrace with dining furniture and parasols. An outside shower is available for when you return home from the beach. For those lazy hours sun loungers and relaxer chairs are there for you to use. For children there is the 'pirate ship' sand pit loved by our previous young guests.

Les Bulots welcomes smokers but, for the comfort of all our guests, the interior of the house is strictly a no smoking area. There are ash trays provided in the garden.

Note: Les Bulots offers a basic ‘starter pack’ of tea, coffee, milk and some bathroom supplies (plus a few surprises!) to ensure you get off to a good start. When time of arrival is not within shop hours, or car space is limited, a more comprehensive arrival pack can be purchased on your behalf. Be sure to let us know your requirements in good time!
