Seaside villa near La Tranche sur Mer in the Vendee. Les Conches is a nice place for swimming with a large sandy beach. It's also a good spot for surfing. The house is 800 meters from the beach and 500 meters from a Scots pines and green oaks forest for pleasants walks.

All important shops for food, clothes and so on, are 5 or 6 kilometers away. Chemist's shop, doctors, dentist, ... also, from 5 or 6 kilometers, in the same town : LA TRANCHE-SUR-MER

Our house is six years old and it's built - as a typical vendean house - in an enclosed natural wooded garden with terraces front and rear of the house. There is, also, a parking place.

It comprises :

- a large open plan living room, a dining room and a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

- T.V. room with english channels, with a D.V.D. player and some  films and a bookcase with English books.

- 2 double bedrooms, one with, on suite, shower and toilet (bed linen included )

- Another shower room inside and a shower outside for people coming back from beach.

- 2 separate toilets inside and 1 outside

- In a separate laundry room, a washing machine, an iron with ironing board and there is also a tumble-dryer and a washing line outside.

Terraces are fully equipped with lights and power points.
