This site is only to be used to contact our advertisers regarding the suitability and/or availability of their individual property as a holiday home with a view to booking said property. Any use by a person or entity for any purpose other than the research and subsequent booking of a self-catering holiday rental accommodation is strictly prohibited. By visiting this site, you are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal use of this site
• The site must not be used for any purpose other than to view, make or send legitimate enquiries to owners regarding your interest in booking particular holiday properties.

2. Downloading of information from the Website
• Only as a part of the booking enquiry process, for your own purposes, or other members in your holiday party and not for further distribution, may you download, display, or print any section or portion of franceonecall.com content. You must not modify the content in any way or form and you must reproduce the franceonecall.com copyright notice in the form "Copyright © 1997 - 2006 franceonecall.com" as displayed on the relevant page(s) that you might download or wish to copy.

• You hereby agree to release, remise and forever discharge franconecall.com, Where on Earth Internet Marketing Ltd. and its officers, affiliates, partners, service providers, vendors, and contractors and each of their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, and all other related persons or entities from any and all manner of rights, claims, complaints, demands, causes of action, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, legal fees, costs, and disbursements of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, which now or hereafter arise from, relate to, or are connected with your use of the service.

6. Enquiries
• When you use franceonecall.com to send an enquiry to an advertiser, you agree to allow franceonecall.com or its affiliated websites to add your email address to our database of customers. You will receive at least one promotional email from either franceonecall.com or its affiliated websites. You are welcome to opt not to receive emails from franceonecall.com or its affiliated websites at any time.

Terms and conditions of advertising with France One Call

1. Layout and copy on franceonecall.com web site
• Franceonecall.com reserves the right to determine the final design, layout and functionality of the franceonecall.com web sites
• franceonecall.com reserves the right to edit copy or amend the layouts or photographs supplied, should it be considered necessary.
• franceonecall.com reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend and edit copy entered into the franceonecall online database by advertisers.
• franceonecall.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the design or positioning of the properties or changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the customer.
• You may not copy or paste information from another website onto franceonecall.com
• You may not place links to other websites including your own website on any section of franceonecall.com

2. Accuracy
• franceonecall.com cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part and the advertiser indemnifies franceonecall.com against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement.
• Advertisers are responsible for keeping their availability accurate and up-to-date, particularly for periods where Searchable Special Offers are being displayed. Special offers are not displayed if the periods they cover are marked as "booked" on the availability chart

3. Photographic materials
• franceonecall.com will make every effort to safeguard all materials supplied, and return them if required, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, and for any loss or damage sustained.
• Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but franceonecall.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors or omission.

4. Liability
• franceonecall.com does not warrant that the operation of the franceonecall.com site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• In no event shall franceonecall.com be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits.

5. Copyright
• franceonecall.com shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied by the advertiser.
• franceonecall.com claims copyright to the electronic images of the photographic material supplied by advertisers
• It is the advertiser's responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to franceonecall.com the rights therein contained. franceonecall.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers and the advertiser indemnifies franceonecall.com against any action brought for breach of copyright or other rights from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.

6. Hypertext links

7. Guest Books
• Any entries in the guest book section must be genuine comments from guests who have stayed at the property advertised. The e-mail address and or telephone number of the guests whose comments are published must be supplied on request.

8. Substitution of properties
• An advertisement relates to a specific property. The property in an advertisement may not be substituted by another property.

9. Advertising more than one property on one advertisement
• Each advertisement on the franceonecall.com.com site displays an individual property (single unit) where people will spend their holidays - not examples of properties in a given area. Only one property can appear on each advertisement, unless it is a property with multiple rental units on the same site, and additional advertising units are purchased. franceonecall.com reserves the right to amend the copy or remove the advertisement, when more than one property is described in the advertisement.

10. Termination of advertising
• If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the Internet before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be paid.
• franceonecall.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for franceonecall.com web site, and will not be liable for any loss or expense in so doing.
• If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the franceonecall.com on-line database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, franceonecall.com reserves the right to remove the property from the franceonecall.com site. No refunds will be paid.
• If franceonecall.com receives a complaint from a person who has rented an advertiser's property which franceonecall.com, acting reasonably, consider is justified, or an advertiser knowingly double-books a property, or engages in any unacceptable practices or is in breach of its obligations to franceonecall.com, then franceonecall.com reserves the right to remove the property from the franceonecall.com web site without notice.

11. Authorisation to Export Data
• Advertisers acknowledge that in the sole discretion of franceonecall.com and its holding company, Where on Earth Internet Marketing Ltd., it may be necessary to keep a copy of the advertiser content and information outside the United Kingdom and the European Union. If such a copy is made it will be used only in the day to day operations of franceonecall.com or its direct affiliates, and will not be shared with any third party.

12. Payment
• Payment for advertising must be in British Pounds or Euros by major credit and debit cards or cheque.

13. Legal jurisdiction
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and advertisers accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to rule on any disputes.
